About Weft360

Building Education Operating System for West Africa

We believe every child deserves quality education and every educator deserves reliable systems. Our mission: provide affordable, offline-first education operating system that works in real African contexts.

Built with input from teachers, district officers, and ministry officials

Designed for intermittent connectivity and diverse education systems

Partnering with governments and NGOs for equitable access

Our Mission

To provide affordable, reliable, and offline-first education management systems that work in real African contexts.

We're not building software for Silicon Valley classrooms. We're building for schools without reliable internet, for districts managing hundreds of schools, and for ministries making national education policy decisions.

Built for Africa

Offline-first architecture, low-bandwidth optimization, and support for diverse education systems across the continent.

User-Centered Design

Built with input from teachers, headteachers, district officers, and ministry officials across West Africa.

Context-Aware Technology

Solutions designed for intermittent connectivity, limited devices, and diverse education systems.

Public Service Mindset

We partner with governments and NGOs to ensure equitable access to quality education data infrastructure.

What Drives Us

Context-First Design

We design for the realities of African infrastructure — intermittent connectivity, shared devices, and diverse languages.

Public Service Commitment

Education is a public good. We build with the rigour and accountability that government stakeholders require.

Inclusivity at Every Level

From rural schools to national ministries — our platform serves every tier of the education ecosystem.

Pragmatic Innovation

We choose proven, resilient technologies over trends. Reliability matters more than novelty.

Outcome Orientation

Every feature we build must measurably improve an education outcome — enrollment, attendance, learning, or governance.

Radical Transparency

Full audit trails, open reporting, and honest communication with every stakeholder we serve.

Our Story

Weft360 began with an observation that would not go away. Across West Africa, digital tools for education kept falling into the same three traps: too fragile for intermittent connectivity, too expensive for public-sector budgets, and too generic for the precise operational realities of schools, districts, and ministries. Paper remained the official record. Spreadsheets drifted. Decisions affecting millions of learners were made on data that was weeks — sometimes months — out of date.

We set out to build something different. Not another application bolted onto assumptions that fail here, but an integrated operating system engineered from the ground up for West African education. A platform where student information, learning management, and human resources work seamlessly offline, sync intelligently when connectivity returns, and scale from a single rural classroom to an entire national ministry without losing fidelity or control.

Today, Weft360 partners with schools, district offices, and ministries to replace fragile paper-based systems with resilient digital infrastructure. The result is an education ecosystem where every learner remains traceable, every educator remains equipped, and every decision — from the schoolhouse to the cabinet — is backed by data that is accurate, current, and sovereign.
